IRatio 1.2

Last update 2012-09-06

IRatio (Image Ratio) is a small utility designed to show, copy/move images by their width/height ratio.
By having hundreds of photos (thanks to the modern, filmless digital cameras:), and often printing
them with the same paper format (personally 3:2), sometimes i don't recognize which photos i have
already cropped and which ones still not (The guilty is my wife. A man doesn't make these mistakes :D )
This utility helps me to find those image i haven't cropped yet, before burning them on CD
and carry it to the print service shop.

Note:
  • IRatio does not support directory recursion.
That is, IRatio scans a specified directory without search for child directories.
  • Although IRatio (both c.l. and gui version) works with Java 1.4, newer version of JVM support image formats (e.g. Windows bmp)
that 1.4.X does NOT!  This, of course, limits formats that IRatio can recognize.
So, Java 1.5.X or greater are recommended for best performance.
  • Since May 24 2010, IRatio has been released in two version: a command line program and a GUI version (available here).
  • This is the rel. candidate version. If you find a bug, please let me know by sending a mail to my sourceforge account.
  • Sorry for my English!. God save Google Translator.
